I love shrimp on everything, but I’ve never actually used shrimp to cook with. So I decided to mix things up a bit and made a shrimp scampi. I seasoned the shrimp is a wildtree roasted garlic olive oil and scampi seasoning. I decided to use whole wheat pasta and stir-fry frozen vegetables. I boiled the noodles and cooked the shrimp and vegetables in a pan with a lid. I then mixed the pasta, shrimp, and vegetables in a pan adding more of the roasted garlic olive oil and scampi seasoning. The meal was a success! Shrimp Scampi is extremely easy to make and very delicious. I will definitely be making this meal again.
